Do you have a new love in your life or are getting one soon? Puppies are adorable and can bring so much pleasure to your life but if you are ill-prepared then the love bubble can soon burst!

 

Sign-up to a puppy programme to make sure that you do everything possible to make sure that your puppy grows up to be a well-behaved, confident and happy dog. Areas covered range from puppy proofing your house to socialisation, toilet training, chewing and basic training for life skills.

 

There are many benefits of one to one puppy training over puppy classes such as; you don’t need to wait for vaccinations, you will have dedicated bespoke training advice and support and you don’t run the risk of your puppy becoming anxious or over-excited in a class environment with other pups.
 

How does it work?

The sessions take place in the comfort of your home. Pre-arrival sessions take place before your puppy arrives and the training sessions are for after they arrive. 

Pre-arrival sessions will cover everything you need to know about puppy proofing your home and garden and what to expect when your puppy arrives. Together we will go through the basics of how dogs learn and the most effective ways to train them - it is never too early to start training, in fact, the earlier the better.

Training sessions will take place after your puppy arrives; we will cover basic training and games to build confidence and happiness, especially in areas such as socialisation, habituation, good manners and life skills. We will also discuss the best ways to deal with normal puppy behaviours such as nipping, chewing and toilet training.

The sessions will be directly tailored to you and your puppy's needs.

Experiences in puppy-hood (good and bad) can affect how your puppy deals with situations later in life, and so it's best to get it right from the start to avoid any potential behaviour problems later on.

What does it cost?

Pre-arrival Session - all you need to know to prepare before your puppy arrives  (1 x 2 hr) £120

Training support programmes

3 Sessions Puppy Training    (3 x 1 hr sessions)        £180

4 Sessions Puppy Training    (4 x 1 hr sessions)        £240
5 Sessions Puppy Training    (5 x 1 hr sessions)        £300

One-and-Done - a one-off session @ £70 for one hour. Useful for people that don't need ongoing sessions or support.

What locations are covered?

I am based in Marden (TN12) and will travel to surrounding areas in Kent. If you live further away or would prefer training online, please get in touch.
