Areas covered

The areas covered for all services are Marden (TN12) and surrounding areas in Kent.

Training methods
All methods used for training session are science based, force free and reward based. No coercive or punishment-based training methods are used at any time.

About the sessions

Before a consultation, you will be asked to fill in a questionnaire - this is important in order to gather all of the information needed to give an overall picture of your dog and the life they lead.

The consultation is the first step on the journey. A training programme most suited to you and your dog will be recommended to you at the end of the consultation.

Consultations and training sessions will be carried out at your home or a local park if suitable.

Payment
Full payment is required in advance to secure the booking and can be made by bank transfer or PayPal.
The session will not be carried out unless payment has been made.

Refunds and cancellations
In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel a session, please notify me by email or telephone at least 72 hours before the session time to cancel or reschedule. If less than 72 hours' notice is given, a charge of 50% of the cost will be made and if less than 24 hours' notice, the full cost will be charged.

The success of ongoing training is dependent on following the advice given to you. However, it is impossible to ever guarantee a 100% success rate.

Safety

To ensure safety at all times, if your dog has a bite history or has caused injury in the past, you may be asked to muzzle your dog or keep them in a safe place during a session at your home.

Travel

All training and behaviour sessions will take place in your home or in a nearby park for example.

There will be an extra charge of 45p per mile for locations further than 10 miles from postcode TN12 9RD
